An engineer as your lawyer
Before becoming a legal counsel I studied electrical engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. I later completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation and headed the legal department of a property development group.
In practice, I understand how a court expert reaches conclusions — from assumptions to results. This makes it easier to see whether a construction expert opinion or a property valuation will stand up to scrutiny.
I have acted for both investors and buyers. Knowing both perspectives helps in negotiation, mediation and litigation.

You sign a power of attorney and I conduct the case, keeping you informed in English. For key documents and hearings I work with a sworn translator.
Fees for representation in Poland are set individually, mainly depending on the location of the court or authority and the value of the claim.
